Grandma'S Chicken Vichyssoise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 cans Pepperidge Farm vichyssoise soup
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Brown chicken breasts in butter along with chopped onion and garlic.
    Put it in a casserole.
    Heat both cans of vichyssoise soup, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, white wine, rosemary and thyme until cheese is melted.
    Pour mixture over chicken breasts.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheese over all.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
