Wine Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. dry red wine
1 shredded medium potato
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

In
saucepan, combine sugar, tomato sauce, lemon juice, garlic salt
and
wine.
Simmer until sauce is thick, about 20 to 30 minutes.
Combine the shredded potato, meat, onion, egg and salt. Shape
into
small\tballs.\tBake in 350\u00b0 oven until done and lightly
browned.
Drain off fat and pour sauce over all.
