Cool Blueberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pt. blueberries
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. blackberry brandy
2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon zest
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
additional sour cream
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine 1 pint of blueberries, orange juice and sugar; bring to a boil and cool.
In another saucepan, dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water, then add cold water and stir.
Let cool.
Add blackberry brandy.
Mix lemon jello and brandy mixture with partially cooked blueberries, sour cream, lemon rind and spices.
Stir in remaining blueberries.
Pour into mold; chill until firm.
Unmold and serve with sour cream.
