White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cold milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In saucepan, gradually stir the milk into cornstarch.
    Add butter, salt and pepper.
    Stir constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute.
