Ham And Asparagus Divine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ham
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
2 pkg. frozen asparagus or 32 fresh
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated Muenster cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Slice ham 1/4-inch thick.
Cook asparagus until tender; drain. Alternate slices of ham and asparagus in a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Melt butter.
Stir in flour.
Gradually stir in milk and sour cream, stirring until sauce thickens.
Stir in cheese until smooth.
Add salt and pepper.
Spoon sauce over casserole. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until top is browned.
(I use canned asparagus.)
