Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    6 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1/2 c. bread crumbs, toasted (fine)
    6 Tbsp. sharp grated cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; shape into 1/2-inch diameter balls. Brown in small amount of fat in a frying pan.
    Place in large casserole.
    Cover; bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Makes about 140 meatballs to be served with cocktail toothpicks.
