Santa Fe Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1 (11 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
    2 c. (8 oz.) grated Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sliced green onion, including tops
Preparation
    In medium skillet, brown meat until cooked through; drain fat.
    Add taco seasoning mix, blending well.
    In separate bowl, combine bouillon, flour and water.
    Add to meat; bring to a boil to slightly thicken liquid.
    Stir in sour cream and green chilies; blend thoroughly.
    In lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish, place 1/2 of chips.
    Top with 1/2 beef mixture, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 of onions.
    Layer again with remaining ingredients, ending with green onions.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
