Sour Cream Coffeecake(Serves 9) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. walnuts, finely chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine walnuts, cinnamon and 3/4 cup sugar. Grease Bundt pan.
    In large bowl at medium speed, beat butter with 3/4 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add flour and remaining ingredients and beat at low speed until blended.
    Increase speed to medium; beat 3 minutes, occasionally scraping bowl.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spread 1/2 of batter in pan.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 of nut mixture.
    Spread evenly with remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining nut mixture.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes until cake pulls away from side of pan.
    Cool cake in pan completely on wire rack.
