Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 small can regular corn
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2/3 c. American cheese, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

For color, add small amounts of chopped pimento and/or green peppers.
Combine all ingredients in bowl.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
