Baked Whole Shad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fish
    cooking oil
    Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Grease fish inside and out with cooking oil.
    Stuff with stuffing mix, celery and onion (very wet).
    Fold aluminum foil tightly over fish and lay it in a baking pan.
    Put a small amount of water in the baking pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 6 hours.
    (The bones will melt away.)
