Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. potato flakes
    1 3/4 c. water
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    chives
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix instant potatoes for 6; reduce liquid (1 3/4 cups water). Add cream cheese, sour cream and garlic salt.
    Put in greased casserole.
    Sprinkle on chives and paprika.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
