Carrot Cake Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. shortening (half butter and half shortening)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Bring milk and flour to a boil; this will be very thick.
Cool. Cream sugar and shortening.
Add cooled mixture and mix at high speed with mixer; add vanilla.
Frosting will be light and fluffy.
