Easy Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 medium green pepper, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 (15 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. seashell macaroni, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large skillet, saute garlic and green pepper until tender; remove and set aside.
    Brown chicken on both sides.
    Cook 30 minutes or until tender.
    Add spaghetti sauce and green pepper; simmer, covered, 10 minutes.
    Place pasta in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Spoon chicken and sauce over pasta. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 4.
