Orange Fluff Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter or shortening
5 eggs, separated
1 1/2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
3/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream the sugar and butter or shortening together.
Put egg whites
into
a
separate bowl.
Add yolks to the creamed mixture. Add
orange
juice
and rind.
Blend dry ingredients and
liquids alternately.
Fold
lightly beaten egg whites in last.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
