Cleo'S Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked diced chicken
    2 c. diced celery
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. red pimento
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (this is important)
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 can cream chicken or celery soup
    1 c. sharp shredded cheese
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. coarsely crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix together first 7 ingredients.
    Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Over the top, spread mixture of chicken or celery soup, shredded cheese and nuts.
    On top of this, sprinkle crushed potato chips.
    Bake 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven.
