Crunchy Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. thinly sliced raw cauliflower
    1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. diced pimento
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In medium bowl, place cauliflower, olives, green pepper, pimento and onion; set aside.
    In jar with tight fitting lid, combine remaining ingredients.
    Shake well.
    Pour over cauliflower mixture.
    In refrigerator, marinate, turning occasionally, for at least 1 hour.
    Serve on lettuce.
    Serves 4 to 6.
