Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Stir together.
    May add more milk if needed.
    Mixture will be lumpy.
    May add cut up apples, blueberries or raspberries, as desired.
    Pour pancakes on hot, lightly greased griddle.
    Takes a little longer than regular pancakes to cook.
    Watch for brown edges and bubbly middle before turning.
