Grandma'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour.
    Pour in milk and mix well.
    Roll out on floured board.
    Cut with butter.
    Melt 2 teaspoons shortening in pan.
    Put biscuits in hot shortening and turn over. Bake at 410\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until brown.
