Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
5 medium size potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Cook bacon; save drippings.
Set bacon aside and crumble. Dice potatoes.
Combine with onion and bacon.
In drippings, add salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar.
Heat thoroughly.
Pour over potato mixture, stirring slightly to blend.
Serve immediately.
