Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1/2 can water
    2 large onions
    2 large potatoes, cut up
    pepper to taste
    1 can tomato soup
    2 c. frozen peas
    1 c. carrots, cut in chunks
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours, covered.
    Do not take cover off.
