Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cold potatoes (plain, not buttered)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. confectioners sugar (1 lb. box)
Preparation
    Mix all together to form dough ball. Roll out on wax paper. Take about a cup of peanut butter (more or less, if desired). Spread on mix. Roll up in a log.
    Set in refrigerator for 10 minutes to chill. Take out and cut into slices.
