Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown potatoes
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    8 oz. grated cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients and spread in an 11 x 15-inch oblong pan.
    Combine in a bowl the next 3 ingredients.
    Spread on top of potato mixture.
    Crush 2 cups potato chips or corn flakes and put on top of mixture. Dot with 1/2 stick margarine. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
