Party Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1 c. cold water
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. shredded cheese (Cheddar, mild or sharp)
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of hot sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatine over cold water in saucepan.
    Place over low heat.
    Stir constantly until dissolved, 3 to 4 minutes.
    Combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
    Gradually add gelatine.
    Stir until well blended.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Stir to mix.
    Pour into a 4-cup mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold.
    Serve with crackers.
    Also nice in containers for gifts.
