Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
    flavoring (your choice)
    food coloring (your choice)
Preparation
    Knead until like pieces of pie dough.
    Add more sugar, if needed.
    Roll in marble size.
    Roll in sugar.
    Press in mold and place on wax paper until dry.
    Can be kept indefinitely in refrigerator or frozen.
