Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stack Ritz crackers (reserve a few for crumb topping)
1/4 c. onion
1/2 c. celery (optional)
4 c. diced chicken (this is four chicken breasts cooked and then cut up)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Line bottom of large rectangular casserole dish with whole crackers.
Add chicken, then celery and onion.
Mix soup and sour cream.
Spread evenly in pan.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top. Melt margarine and pour over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
