Mandarin Chicken With Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite size strips
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Oriental noodles with chicken flavor packet
    1 small zucchini, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. bottled sweet and sour sauce
    2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped peanuts
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
Preparation
    Spray a large skillet with nonstick coating.
    Preheat skillet over medium heat.
    Stir-fry chicken, half at a time, about 3 minutes or until no longer pink; remove.
    Break up the Oriental noodles (set flavor packet aside).
    Add noodles, zucchini, celery, garlic and 1 cup of water to skillet.
    Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
    Cover; simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until noodles and vegetables are tender.
    Stir in chicken, the flavor packet contents, sweet and sour sauce and peanuts; heat through.
    Top each serving with orange sections.
    Makes 4 servings.
