Mini-Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. finely chopped, toasted almonds
Preparation
    Beat eggs
    slightly
    in medium-sized bowl.
    Stir in 1/2 cup of the
    milk,\tflour
    and
    salt.
    Add remaining milk and 1 tablespoon butter.
    Beat
    just
    until\tsmooth.
    Gently stir in almonds.
    Pour batter
    into
    well-greased
    1
    3/4-inch muffin cups, filling each
    half full (about scant tablespoon).
    Bake 10 minutes\tat 450\u00b0.
    Reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake 20 to 25
    minutes. Make small slit in side of each popover to let steam escape. Serve hot with butter.
