Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 pkg. Knorr or Mrs. Grass' vegetable soup mix
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. mayo or salad dressing
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Thaw and drain spinach.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Set in refrigerator overnight.
    Serve with Hawaiian bread or French bread.
