Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 egg
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    nutmeg to taste
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 box large pasta shells
Preparation
    Mix cheeses, egg and spices together until blended.
    Cook shells in 2 1/2 quarts salted water.
    Drain.
    Fill shells with cheese filling.
    Cover bottom of baking dish with sauce.
    Place layer of stuffed shells, cover with remaining sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with more cheese.
