Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) pkg. sausage, cooked and drained
4 c. day-old bread, cubed
1 c. (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cans (12 oz.) evaporated milk
10 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
ground black pepper to taste
Preparation

Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Place bread in prepared dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
