Vegetable Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. to 1/4 c. olive oil (only enough to saute vegetables)
    6 c. vegetables (yellow squash, zucchini, red pepper)
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high.
    Add vegetables. Cook-stir until tender-crisp.
    Sprinkle salad dressing over vegetables.
    Toss to coat.
    Stir in vinegar.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
