Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    assorted crackers
Preparation
    In medium bowl, with fork, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.
    Mix thoroughly and shape into ball.
    Roll in remaining nuts.
    Wrap in plastic film or foil.
    Chill overnight.
    Serve with crackers.
    Can be rewrapped and frozen.
