Diabetic Chocolate Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. butter
1 c. fructose (diabetic sugar)
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter over hot water.
Remove from heat. Add sugar and beaten egg and mix well.
Add vanilla, flour and salt.
Pour into greased pan and bake about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
