Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen Southern style hash brown potatoes, thawed
    12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick melted butter
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, soup and pepper until well blended.
    Then mix with potatoes, onion and cheese.
    Press into large casserole dish or 9 x 13-inch pan and top with mixed butter and crackers.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
