Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli spears
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Minute rice
    2 lb. ground beef
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; chop up and drain excess oil.
    Saute onions and celery.
    Combine onions, celery, melted margarine and chicken and mushroom soups together.
    Add broccoli and mix well.
    Add rice.
