Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken legs
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    5 c. water
    1 chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    12 oz. bag flat egg noodles
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Boil first five ingredients until tender.
    Debone chicken and set aside.
    Add noodles to chicken broth and boil 5 to 7 minutes. If mixture is too dry, add a little water.
    If mixture is too watery, remove some broth.
    Add cream of mushroom soup and mix well.
    Add chicken and mix.
    Pour in 9 x 14-inch pan.
    Sprinkle cheese evenly over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Easy to prepare ahead and freeze.
    Bake when ready to use.
