Frankfurter And Peas Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. frankfurters
1/4 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. peas
3/4 c. American cheese, diced
1/2 c. bread crumbs, buttered
Preparation

Cut hot dogs into 1/4 slices; brown lightly in margarine. Remove hot dogs and set aside.
Add flour to margarine in skillet and stir until smooth; add milk, stirring constantly, until thick. Season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Mix hot dogs, cheese and peas and pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Pour sauce over mixture.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 or 40 minutes.
Serves 6.
