Oven Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 doz. eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. frozen chives
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put butter in 13 x 9-inch baking dish and melt in the oven.
Mix eggs, sour cream, milk and salt.
Stir in chives.
Bake at 350\u00b0for about 35 minutes or until eggs are set, but still moist.
