Oatmeal-Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. flour
    2/3 c. rolled oats
    2/3 c. bran (not cereal)
    3 Tbsp. fructose
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Combine milk, oil and egg; stir into flour mixture.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
