Ambrosia Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
2 c. boiling water
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 (8 serving size) pkg. or 2 (4 serving size) pkg. orange flavor gelatin*
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut (optional)

*Note:
To be sure mold is extra firm (especially in hot weather), add 1 package unflavored gelatin to the orange gelatin before dissolving in hot water.
