Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
8 oz. can pizza sauce (Ragu)
3/4 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine egg, 1/3 c. pizza sauce, bread crumbs and beef.
Mix together and form into two loaves.
Top lower loaf with 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese and 1/4 parmesan cheese and parsley. Put top loaf over mixture and seal meat around edges.Cook in Microwave- in a drain pan- cover with wax paper.
Cook on Hi for 5 minutes. - drain- then medium (50%) for 12 minutes. -drain- let stand 10 minutes. Warm rest of pizza sauce and pour over and top with rest of mozzarella cheese.
