Soft Pizzelles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. pure anise oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs well. Add sugar gradually. Add oil, anise oil and vanilla and mix. Add flour, soda and powder; mix until smooth. If dough is too runny, add a little more flour. Bake in pizzelle iron 30 to 35 seconds.
