Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. navy or Great Northern beans
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. thinly sliced carrots
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
-
Season with whatever you season dried beans.
Cook vegetables as beans are cooking.
Stir occasionally as this thickens the beans.
Salt to taste when beans are tender.
