Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
2/3 c. light brown sugar
1 c. heavy cream*
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice

Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Combine sweet potatoes and all ingredients.
Pour into pie shell; bake for 10 minutes.
Turn oven to 325\u00b0 and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
