Shoney'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 small pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 qt. strawberries
Preparation

Combine sugar, water, salt and cornstarch.
Cook, stirring, until thick and clear; remove from heat.
Add strawberry gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
Cool.
Pour over sliced berries in pie shell.
Refrigerate.
Cover with whipped cream before serving.
