Easy Pan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small cans crushed pineapple
1 qt. frozen or fresh blueberries
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine
coconut
nuts
sugar to taste (at least 1 c.)
Preparation

Butter large sheet pan.
Place pineapple on bottom of pan. Next, place blueberries.
Sprinkle sugar on top of blueberries. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top of blueberries and sugar.
Pour melted margarine on cake mix.
Sprinkle coconut and nuts on top. Bake according to directions on cake mix box.
