Centennial Holiday Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. broccoli flowerets
    5 c. cauliflower flowerets
    5 c. whole black olives, drained
    5 (6 oz.) artichoke hearts, chopped
    2 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    3 1/3 c. Italian dressing
    5 c. mushrooms, sliced
    5 avocados, sliced
    5 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation
    Mix all but last three ingredients 24 hours before serving. Chill. Just before serving, add remaining three ingredients. Serves 100.
