Veal Or Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. thinly sliced veal scaloppine or chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1/4 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 lemon
1/2 c. dry white wine
fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut veal or chicken into serving size pieces.
Coat each piece with flour.
Heat butter in a skillet.
Add meat and cook over fairly high heat until lightly brown on both sides.
If not enough room in skillet for all the meat, saute and remove until all meat is cooked.
Return all to pan.
Squeeze half of the lemon over meat.
Add the wine and stir gently.
Cook about 1 minute. Remove to warm platter and garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
