Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chili meat
    1 garlic button, chopped (not just a clove of garlic, the whole thing)
    black pepper to taste
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Chili Quick
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown chili meat until dark gray.
    Add garlic, black pepper, Chili Quick and flour.
    Pour enough water over the mixture to cover meat.
    Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
