Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and chopped
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In large skillet, over medium heat, saute onion, celery and broccoli in oleo for 3 minutes.
    Stir in cheese, soup and milk until smooth.
    Place rice in greased 8-inch pan.
    Pour cheese mixture over.
    Do not stir.
    Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Yield:
    8 to 10 servings.
